We want you to be happy with your purchases from Yummy Mummy Maternity but we also understand that your body shape changes dramatically during pregnancy. Shopping for your new body shape is not alwasy easy, and we offer a very simply returns policy for this reason.
Returns Policy and Procedure
If you wish to return any item, please follow these quick, easy steps:
Complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order, ensuring you indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please remember to include the form within your return package Please obtain a receipt as proof of postage when returning items as Yummy Mummy Maternity cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit. Then send your package to the following address:

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange any of our knickers or swimwear unless they are faulty or damaged.
Returns and Exchanges
In addition to your statutory rights, if for any reason you would like to return a purchase to us, please refer to the 'returns policy and procedure' set out above. We will be happy to refund or exchange goods provided they are in perfect condition, unworn, and with their tags still attached within 10 days of the receipt of the goods. We are unable to refund the delivery charge for your order, as this is a direct cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer-damaged items (statutory rights not affected). If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, the cost of returning the item will be paid by Yummy Mummy Maternity.
Sale items purchased online may be returned within 10 days for a full refund providing they are in perfect condition, unworn and the tags still attached for a no quibble refund. Alternatively you may exchange the item for a period of up to 10 days from receipt of the goods. Refunds are not available after 10 days following receipt unless the goods are faulty or damaged, in which case you are entitled to a full refund.
