DELIVERY / SHIPPING
- Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, generally arrives within 2-3 business days, and costs £3.95 per order.
- 24Hr Royal Mail tracked delivery at £4.95 and generally arrives within 1-2 business days but this is not guaranteed.
- Next Day delivery is available via Parcel Force 24hr Express or DPD next day at a cost of £7.95. Orders need to be placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday
- Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before MIDDAY on a Friday at a cost of £9.95
- Free standard shipping for UK orders over £100.
- Within the EU: £10.00
- Rest of the world: £15.00

We aim to hold all items in stock, so we can dispatch your order either the same day or on the following day. If for any reason an item you have ordered is not available we will contact you to let you know and you will be refunded.
**In periods of high demand it is possible that an order will be accepted, with insufficient stock to fulfill it. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a refund.**
We pick and pack all orders as quickly as we can, and send them out within 1 business day. Orders received after 3.00 PM will be sent the following day. We do not dispatch orders on a weekend.
Larger orders may be sent via DPD or Parcel Force courier service rather than the Royal Mail. You will receive full delivery details and tracking information in your dispatch email.
Sometimes we send out items in separate deliveries, but you’ll never pay more than one delivery charge and we will inform you if this is happening with your order.
We’ll always do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your delivery expectations (our delivery partners are usually great too), but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If this does occur please let us know so we can look into it for you.
In certain circumstances, such as traffic accidents, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems e.g. postal strikes, we may be unable to fulfil your delivery in accordance with these terms. For such exceptions, we may require additional time and effort to fulfil the delivery. If this occurs, we will make our best efforts to deliver your order as soon as we possibly can and to keep you updated.
How do I track my order?
All orders will be given a tracking number on your dispatch email. You can go to www.royalmail.com/track-your-item to see your order's status using this number. If your item is sent via DPD or Parcel Force you can track via their website or you can always give us a call and we can track anything for you.
Can I modify my order?
It is not possible to modify your order directly online, however, you can call our office and discuss your wishes. As long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we will able to send you the modified order. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
We offer a FREE (UK) returns and exchange policy on everything we sell here at Yummy Mummy. That means if it doesn't fit, the colour is wrong, or you just don't like it, you can send it back for a full refund or exchange (you will not need to pay any additional delivery costs). ALL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED.
Unfortunately in order to manage stock control effectively we are strict with our deadlines. So we can’t accept returns outside of the periods stated above. Items received after the stated period will not be refunded.
We want you to be happy with your purchases from Yummy Mummy Maternity but we also understand that your body shape changes dramatically during pregnancy. Shopping for your new shape is not always easy, and we offer a simple returns policy for this reason.

Please complete the returns form enclosed with your parcel and send it back to us using the YMM Royal Mail Label (please take to a post office)

If you choose to use your own method to return any item then you are responsible for the return costs and remain responsible for the item until we have received it so we recommend sending via a tracked service. Please ensure you send returns to the correct address:

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE US WITH AT LEAST YOUR NAME WHEN RETURNING ITEMS AND PREFERABLY YOUR ORDER NUMBER AS WELL. WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY YOUR ORDER AND THEREFORE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.
Unfortunately, we do sometimes receive fraudulent returns. Please do not return items that have been worn. We are not able to issue a refund if it shows signs of having been worn or the tags have been removed. If we believe that an item has been worn, we will return it to you.
We will refund you for the items you have sent back to us within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. The refund will be made via your original payment method and you will receive an e-mail once the refund has been issued. Generally, it takes up to 48 hours to appear on your card/bank statement. But please be aware that it can take up to 14 days.
If you used PayPal, your refund will appear in your PayPal account.
If you have missed the 14 day window for your return, we will be happy to offer an exchange or gift voucher within 28 days up to the value of your purchase.
